Hello! We are Allin Properties, a small operation founded in 2019 between two best friends, Devobn & Cameron.
With over 17 years of experience in Short Term rentals between your two hosts, we have welcomed over 15,000 guests and counting to Music City and maintained a 4.9* rating over the entirety of our hosting tenure. It would be a perfect 5* were it not for those who "bless us" with opportunities to step up our operation.

Devon began hosting on Airbnb in 2014, and Cameron joined forces with him in 2019.. Our families and friends collectively all had a hand in transforming the law office of our flagtship building to a completely originally design and concept for your consideration. Our first floor features a vaulted ceiling with inlays from the original ceiling from 1890. Standing tall at 16' and sporting original oak hardwood it is a stunning display. Our second floor features an array of custom ceiling tiles and hand picked pieces from all around the globe, sourced from travel and collectors alike. Our 3rd floor is a walk through Tennessee History, spanning five decades of culture and transition through time. Every single thing in our units are hand picked, original, and serve a purpose to create a feeling of comfort and style.

We will never be able to compete with the millions of dollars dumped into other projects in town and we don't intend to. At All In Properties you will always be greeted in person, and with a bottle of your favorite libation-- on the house. We offer free bag drop, free early checkin, free late checkout whenever possible.

You can always expect a quality stay and an experienced catered as much or as little as you want us to be involved in. After booking, expect a phone call from one of us to introduce ourselves and offer to help navigate the multide of options Nashville offers. From there, it's up to you if you want us to have a hand in any of it.
